Returns and Warranty

Kann ich meine Produkte umtauschen?

Dadurch das die Kollektion für euch personalisiert wird, können die Pieces leider nicht umgetauscht werden und sobald die Produktion startet, kann die Bestellung nicht mehr angepasst oder widerrufen werden. Deshalb ist es super wichtig, dass du die Größentabelle kurz mit einem Hoodie bei dir daheim abgleichst, bevor du bestellst.

Falls etwas mit der Qualität nicht passen sollte, hast du natürlich ganz normal Garantie.

Kein Widerrufsrecht bei personalisierten Produkten

Das Widerrufsrecht besteht nicht bei Fernabsatzverträgen zur Lieferung von Waren, die nicht vorgefertigt sind und für deren Herstellung eine individuelle Auswahl oder Bestimmung durch den Verbraucher maßgeblich ist oder die eindeutig auf die persönlichen Bedürfnisse des Verbrauchers zugeschnitten sind (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB).

Unsere Produkte sind individuell personalisiert und fallen daher unter diesen gesetzlichen Ausschluss.

Reklamationen

Falls etwas mit dem Material nicht passen sollte oder irgendwelche Herstellungsfehler existieren schreibe uns bitte vorab per E-Mail an support@unistudios.co dann finden wir definitiv Fall eine Lösung!

Beschreibe bitte möglichst genau was nicht passt und hänge zusätzlich Bilder an wo das Problem gut erkennbar ist.
Erst wenn von unserer Seite die Freigabe kommt, kannst du das Produkt and die Produktion zurücksenden da die Produktion die Retoure andernfalls ignoriert.

Can I exchange my products?

Because the collection is personalized for you, the pieces unfortunately cannot be exchanged. Once production has started, the order can no longer be adjusted or cancelled. That’s why it is super important that you briefly compare the size chart with a hoodie you already have at home before you order.

If something doesn’t fit with the quality, you of course have the normal statutory warranty.

No right of withdrawal for personalized products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance selling contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (§ 312g (2) No. 1 German Civil Code).

Our products are individually personalized and therefore fall under this statutory exclusion.

Complaints

If something doesn’t fit with the material or if there are any manufacturing defects, please write to us in advance by email at support@unistudios.co and we will definitely find a solution!

Please describe as precisely as possible what doesn’t fit and also attach pictures where the problem is clearly visible. Only once we have given approval from our side can you send the product back to production, because otherwise production will ignore the return.
